The President of the Republic of Ghana,Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo,has extended the leave of absence from office for the Minister for Gender,Children and Social Protection,Hon.Sarah Adwoa Safo,MP for Dome Kwabenya,which was to have ended on 31st August,2021.
The Minister sought leave of absence for personal reasons. In her absence, and until further notice, President Akufo-Addo has directed the Minister for Sanitation and water Reasons,Hon.Cecelia Abena Dapaah,to act as caretaker Minister for the Ministry of Gender, Children and Social Protection.
